the staff were friendly. comfortable beds were available.
i was really disappointed. the room was above scaffolding, it had a rubbish shower, and breakfast wasn't included. it reminded me of i overpaid for what i got.

excellent location and amenities
convenient location underground parking equipped gym
The hotel's location is quite convenient, as it is only a short walk to the town center (about 5 minutes). on-site underground parking was a definite advantage. The price seemed appropriate for the area. i found the gym to be well-equipped and very clean, a definite plus for keeping up with workouts.
the lift service felt slow sometimes and they were small.

untrained staff messy bar service
The bar service was a complete mess! some staff clearly lacked training. orders were often wrong or didn't arrive at all! i saw many people complaining. It could all be fixed with better staff training. plus, getting two teas involved cups with no saucers and a teapot with two tea bags. the milk came in a big metal jug.. ridiculous!
